Within the Permissions section, users can be given access to deals with specific permissions and different levels of access. This is helpful when users have multiple collaborators on the deal that need different permissions.
For example, if a user is creating a model and would like another user to collaborate on the model, the user must give access to edit pages which manage the model with a Model Manager role. Likewise, if the user wants to share the deal with a user in read only mode but allow them to run their own personal reports, the user can share the deal with a user entitled as a Report Analyst.
User Role Functionality:
- On the Permission Page, click the Add Users button and set their role.

- Then, the user must set their role.

- A user may also edit a user's role by clicking the Pencil icon in the table.
Rules for Permissions:
- There must always be at least one user that is a Deal Owner or Deal Manager. This is to ensure that there is always a user to manage the deal.
- If a user tries to remove all users, an error message will appear as shown below:

Self Registration for New Users:
- If a person does not have an existing user in the system, they can self register to log in once receiving access to the deal.
