Within the Reserve tab, users can define multiple reserves within their deal. The user can define different reserve accounts that depend on the target balance on different units. The user can define a Reserve based on % Collateral, Amount ($), or Months of Interest.
The user can define the initial Balance, the Target Balance, and the Balance Floor. The user can also define the floor timing as all periods or when the balance has met the floor. It is important to note that the Target Balance can be a Vector.
The user can define the way payments are made to the reserves in order to maintain the balance and use the Reserve Account to pay other aspects in the deal.
