Report Widget Functionality:

Both My Reports and Deal Reports can contain different types of graph and table widgets. Within one report, users can add up to 12 reporting widgets. Users can minimize or expand the widgets within their reports. To reorganize the layout of the report, simply drag the widgets to their intended spots.

By default, new reports are always added to the top of the reports list.  Users can move those reports and prioritize their most important or most referenced reports to the top of the list.

Drag and Drop

To move the order of reports, users will hold down the report of choice, then drag and drop to the location of the users choice. Users can drag and drop reports up or down.

 Duplicate Reports

To duplicate a report users can toggle the three dots and select Duplicate, to create a copy of the report of their choice.

Delete Reports

To delete a report, users can toggle the three dots and select Delete, to delete the report of their choice.

Importing Reports  

If a user has an existing set of reports that needs to be generated for another deal they can follow the steps below:

  • Locate the Insights & Reports tab
  • Click on the “+” icon and there will be an “Import from Deal” option

  • A popup window will appear that contains a list of all deals the user has access to import reports from:

  • After the user chooses a deal and report container to import from, the final step is to click the import reports button at the bottom of the popup window.

  • Then, the imported reports will be added to the current deal.

Share a report

  1. Go into the deal
  2. Click on the "Insights & Reports" tab
  3. Go to "My reports"
  4. Click on the Share button 
  5. Add the "User Email" you want to share the report with
  6. Choose the report you want to share
  7. Click "Send"

Notice: You can share the report only with users who have access to the same deal. The report will be shared as a copy, once the user gets the shared report. When clicking on the notification or email link the deal will open and a new copy of the report will be added to his "My reports".

Editing a Report:

Within a reporting widget, users can use the buttons located at the top right which are shown in the visual below. These six icons allow the user to export to Excel, edit the report, refresh the table, edit the table, minimize/maximize the table, or delete it. The table autosaves every time an action is performed.

The user can also change the scenario or "As of Date" by clicking on the name on the top left, changing the selection, and then clicking refresh.
