Pro Forma tables allow users to see all unlevered pre-tax, levered pre-tax, and levered after-tax economics for the projects.
Scenarios:
The user can choose which scenario will be executed on this Report.
All scenarios defined under the Scenarios tab will appear in the drop-down.
Pro Forma Timeline:
In the Pro Forma Timeline the days of the month have no impact on analysis as each period is a month. Assuming months to COD is zero, Project cash flows start in period 1. Each month the project cash flows are generated from that month. This means that Cash flows will appear in the Pro Forma table one period prior to when they would appear in the Project Cash Flow table.
The Report:
Once generating the Report, the user can use the buttons located at the top right which are shown in the visual below. These six icons allow the user to save the table, export to Excel, Refresh the table in case there are changes in other sections, Edit the table, mimimize the table or Delete it.
The user can also change the Scenario by clicking on the name on the top left and then clicking refresh.
