Users have the ability to run loan graphs on T-REX. The Loan Graph allows the user to examine various aspects of the loans in the deal visually.

Generating a Loan Graph: 

After opening a deal on T-REX, click the Reports tab to create a new report widget. Under the Charts & Graphs category, select Loan Graph.

A report wizard will open where users must define their selections to make a customized loan graph.

Loan Graph Fields:

Users should complete the wizard screen with the intended selections. The user can define up to four different lines that will represent different Scenario Groups or different fields. Each line is independent of the others. 

 

The user can define whether to graph all the loans in the deal or select to present on specific Scenario Groups.

  

The user can define the specific report field they are interested in, by using the drop down list. The list is updated automatically depending on the loans in the deal.

 

The user is also able to choose the specific scenario under which the line will be calculated. This gives the user the option to stress a specific loan group under different scenarios in one graph.

 The user can choose the date from which to view the data by choosing the respective date in the drop down list under historical data or opt for current period data.

 

Once the intended selections have been made, click generate graph. See example loan graph below:
