T-REX Insights strengthen the platform's reporting tools for collateral, pool and bond level data. Insights uses business intelligence functionality for users to quickly digest trends and understand the drivers behind these variations. These enhanced pre-built dashboards are equipped with reporting tools that can give insight across entire deal portfolios with neat and easy-to-read graphing. These reports allow for transparency in risk analysis as well as portfolio management. The collateral information, as well as risk, can be analyzed through Insight feature tools such as filtering and drill down.
Filtering:
The Filters panel on the right of the dashboard provides data filtering options that affect the data displayed in the widgets. You can change these filters to focus on more specific data.
To filter using a widget or chart, click on data of interest, and the graph or the dashboard (depending on the setting) selected will then be recreated for that subset of the data.
In this example below, the “61-90 Days Delinquent” column was selected resulting in an update to the entire dashboard for just this data.
Drill down:
When the Drill down feature is enabled, right-click on the category of choice to reveal the drill down options.
Choose the drill down selection –then a table will reform with the information for the specific category being drilled into:
Export and download:
The download option is available for both the graphs and reports.
Click
at the top right of the dashboard and select Download
