We are pleased to announce the release of the following capabilities on the T-REX Analytics Platform.

What’s New:

  • Business Day Conventions: Each deal on the platform has an associated calendar and a business day count. Users can create custom calendars for deals or leverage standard calendars residing in the T-REX calendar database.
  • Step Shifts in the Waterfall: T-REX has made it easier to model and adjust waterfall structures. Steps can be referenced by a variable name. Since it's common in the modeling process to modify steps by adding/subtracting items during the structuring and throughout the lifecycle of a deal. Examples are structural changes, write up/downs, and new expenses. This new functionality removes changing the step reference reducing time spent modeling and reducing the mistakes.
  • Enhance inputs for data "actuals" (Historical): This allows for users to easily run Payment Date reports. Trustees responsible for calculating the Principal and Interest, Expense, and other payments to deal parties/securities holders need to enter the model inputs accurately, easily, and repeatedly. The T-REX platform now allows users to enter inputs into the model, run the model with a defined output report, and fill the "actuals" table with the results.
  • Widget Navigation and Usability: T-REX has made it dramatically easier to create and edit widgets by releasing a simpler and intuitive interface.
