- Bond Improvements: Now labeled Capital Structure, latest improvements allow the user more flexibility in setting up their deal Tranches. Users can now be more explicit in the naming and selection of what type of Tranche is being created.
- Loan Spec Enhancements: Added support for more complex Loan features, including varying accrual days, switching Loan payments from Scheduled to Amortizing Level Pay, and permitting specification of Loan payments during Interest capitalization.
- Automated Data Uploads: A new systematic approach for automated load of daily data, with maintenance of replines from updated Loan data. Asset (lease) eligibility and Concentration Limit criteria checked and assigned as part of data load process, available in reports and Dynamic Expressions.
- Enhancements to SMM calculation: Improvement of accuracy in the results in Edge Case Scenarios where calculations may result in a 0 in the denominator or numerator.
- New top-level template offering specific dedicated native support for Whole Business Securitizations.
- Warehouse Facilities: A new workflow for Warehouse Facilities is available via the New Deal link. Contact T-REX for help getting started with this template.
- In Platform Notifications: Users now get in-platform alerts when a Report is shared and when entitlements are received to a library deal. Users can see prior notifications through the bell icon near their user name.
- Concentration Risk Table Improvements: Users can insert totals for Sub-Buckets. Totals will calculate the metric (Sum, Count, Average, etc.) for the entire set of data in the Bucket. New options will also allow users to summarize data that falls outside of the defined Buckets. Fields that are blank in the data set, and data that is outside the defined range can be Bucketed up with a simple click.
- Generic Assets: Users can now create models for asset types that T-REX doesn't have direct and native, support for, using a basic Generic asset that has full financial calculation / behavior with neutral terminology.
- Concentration Risk Table multiple sub buckets: Users can now create Sub-Buckets in their Concentration tables. A new set up tool that allows multiple Buckets to be created, and the Reports will provide Sub-Bucket totals.
- Handling Collateral losses on the Liability tranches: Added full support for assets that can incur losses (Write-Downs), together with support for recoveries (Write-Ups).
- Accessing Collateral variables across a segment of the portfolio: Full modeling support for deals that define multiple independent segments / pools of assets, including ability to reference specific collateral segments in Dynamic Expressions
- Concentration Risk Table set up tools: Save time with tools that automatically define the rows in your Concentration Tables. Define ranges for numeric data by setting the number of steps between the min and max values, and set discrete buckets for text data by selecting the fields to bring into the table.
- Performance Data Seasoning Chart: Perform vintage or other cohort-based analysis in asset performance graphs using the new Seasoning feature. If your data includes a Seasoning start date, click the Seasoning switch during set up to graph the cohorts to a common start period (0) plotted over a shared, sequential time line.
- Dynamic Expression OFFSET Enhancements: Additional improved support for OFFSET functions in Dynamic Expression to support more complex deal structures: OFFSET with circular references (same value in prior period).
- Upload Documents to T-REX: Users can now upload their data and documents to T-REX directly through the platform. In the top left T-REX Menu, a new option allows users to upload their files to a secure file storage system. This allows for more security compared to emailing files. T-REX allows users to quickly update their data on the platform Document Manager: When documents are available for the deal users are viewing, they will see a new icon near their user name. From this icon, users can download pdf documents related to the deal such as offering memorandums, remittance reports, indentures and more. Document availability varies by deal.

- Drag and Drop Report Organization: Users can now change the order of Reports by clicking the Edit button in the menu and dragging/dropping the Report name.
- Solver as a background task: The T-REX Solver has now migrated to a background task, with user notification upon Solver completion. This enables users to continue on with work while time-consuming Solver runs complete in the background.
- Dynamic Tranches: Allowing for more flexibility in the Capital Structure for modeling deals.
- Performance Data Report Date Options: Users can now select Prior Month, Quarter or Year to have their Reports automatically display a historical month whenever new data is available. When used in conjunction with multiple dates in concentration tables, users no longer need to update the date selection to get period over period comparisons.
- Duplicate Report Container: Users can now duplicate a Report container. The duplicate feature allows users to make some minor changes to the users Reports without having to re-create each of them.
- New Date Options for Performance Data Reports: Three new options allow user's reports to automatically update when new data is released. When selected, Prior Month, Quarter and Year will always show data relative to the most recent date available. This is helpful when performing period over period variance analysis.
- SDK Releases: Interacting with Market Rates, Solver, Projects and Bond Scenario Reports are now available with the SDK.
