This Winter we are pleased to release the following features to T-REX Analytics!
T-REX just released two key pieces of functionality in the Bonds module used for structuring in the Custom Waterfall. T-REX has removed the the old Bond Structure page and have constructed two new pages, Structure Parameters and Dynamic Expressions. Certain features under the old Bond Structure page can now be found here or in the Bond Setting page.
The following changes are also included in the release:
- Users can now always toggle from Deal to Group in the Scenario editor and get an option to assign assumptions to assets without any group assigned to them
- Group tables in the Scenario Editor now also include the number of assets in that group in parenthesis
- Sources in the Custom Waterfall are now filtered based on the deal type, which means it no longer shows irrelevant sources

Minor User Experience Improvements:
- Sizing of Bond Table Columns: In the tables of the Structure Parameters, Dynamic Expressions, Waterfall Table, and Resec Table tabs, the user can now change the width of all the columns. To do this, the user can simply hover over the edge of the column in the header of the table, and manually drag the column to the desired width.
- Reserves in the Bond Cash Flow Reports: Previously, the Bond Cash Flow Reports showed all 3 Reserve Accounts, and the reserves were named Reserve1, Reserve2, and Reserve 3. Now, the user will only see the reserves in the Bond Cash Flow Reports that are defined. Additionally, those Reports will inherit the name of the Report that is defined by the user.
- Font Update: The font of all text throughout the platform has been modified slightly to enhance user readability.
